I am delighted to welcome you, or indeed welcome you back, as we complete our first full week back at a new academic year at the British School Quito. It has been a pleasure to see all the children back today. As the principal, I am honored to lead such a wonderful school community, through what promises to be an exciting and enriching year ahead.
In line with our values, we will be working to ensure a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where every child thrives, academically, socially, and personally. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning experience that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
We have spent the summer preparing for the year ahead, the maintenance team have done a wonderful job with the campus, and it looks truly beautiful. We have completed our initial safeguarding training, with other training ongoing throughout the year, and we are ready for the start of what promises to be a fantastic year.
