The British School Quito has a Medical Centre which is open from 7.45a.m. until 4.45p.m. Monday to Friday during term time and staffed by a paediatric doctor, Dr Sara Luengo.
Within the Medical Centre, we can treat a wide range of illnesses and accidents, advise pupils and parents on health issues and provide pastoral support for pupils, parents and teachers. We also provide health advice, literature and help to facilitate health promotion within the School.
Our Medical Centre is always on hand to offer advice should you have health concerns about your son or daughter or wish to share information that is relevant to their health and well-being. You can contact the school doctor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please read our Medical Policy carefully and if your child requires medication to be given during the school day, you should complete an authorisation form (available on the school website). Please include your contact email address in case the Doctor has any questions.
