The British School Quito invites you on March 20th and 21st to a symposium entitled “Women and Leadership: Driving Change 2020.” Continuing the work started last year by Academia Cotopaxi, the conference aims to explore how women are affecting change in their different areas of expertise.
The theme of this year´s symposium is Driving Change and it invites us to explore the representation of women and the impact of opportunities in society, to showcase empowerment and leadership and how to drive change by actively taking part of this change and making positive contributions for future generations. The symposium is designed to bring a variety of current driving change themes led by expert speakers during the sessions, including presentation, panel discussions, workshops. Confirmed attendees to the event will include members of the UK diplomatic corps in Ecuador, the British Group, leading figures that drive change, as well as academics and specialists in this area.
