Natalie Sawyers, one of our secondary teachers (Geography and Environmental Systems and Societies teacher and Sustainability and Project-Based Learning Lead) was chosen from roughly 3,000 teachers worldwide to complete a training course over the summer break, having passed she has become a Global Schools Advocate.

Natalie has joined 1,150 teachers from across 105 countries to be awarded the Global Advocate Status with plans to help reach the Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.
Over the course of the next year Natalie will be working with both staff and students to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals in t the curriculum and encouraging the students in the British School Quito to be change makers.
